How to order and which payment methods we accept

Ordering on the website

1. Open the page of the country, the continent or the World dataset you need.
2. Download the free sample to check the data.
3. Choose the level of detail (regions, cities and postal codes, streets, or addresses).
4. Add it to the cart and go to checkout. You can put several countries in the same cart.
5. Fill in your billing details and pay.

Right after payment you receive a confirmation e-mail, then a second e-mail with your download link.

Payment methods

• Credit and debit card, through our payment provider
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin and USDT, on request
• Bank transfer, on request: ask us and we send the bank details and a payment link

Card and PayPal payments are processed by providers approved by banks, over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.

If you cannot complete the order online

Some situations do not fit the standard checkout: your country is missing from the billing list, you need the invoice in a specific company name, the address is rejected, or your company pays only by transfer or against a purchase order. Contact us and we will send you a personal payment link with the correct billing details. See the article about company orders.

If your card is refused

A refusal usually comes from your bank, most often on an international payment or a 3D Secure check. Try another card, use PayPal, or ask us for a payment link or bank details. If you were charged but received nothing, contact us with the date and the amount and we will check the transaction.
