Custom datasets and files on quote

The catalogue covers the standard cases. Anything else is produced to order, and quoted. This is a routine part of what we do.

What we regularly build to order

• A country we do not list yet, or a country whose coverage stops before the level you need. Croatia, for example, was added at a customer's request.
• A region, a province or a list of cities instead of a whole country
• Extra columns, for example a municipality level that is not in the standard file
• Another format: JSON, XML, fixed width, a specific separator or column order
• A refreshed extraction produced on the day of your order
• A set of countries in one delivery, at a preferential price
• Repeat deliveries, quarterly or yearly

What we need in order to quote

• The countries, regions or cities concerned
• The columns you need, and the format
• The expected volume, if you have an idea of it
• The deadline, and whether the delivery is one off or repeated

How long it takes

A quote normally comes back within one working day. Production depends on the scope: a few days for a country that only needs a refresh, longer for a country to be built from scratch. We give you a date with the quote, and we keep you informed if it moves.
