Four ways to reach a person, all handled by the same team.
Chat
The chat window is on every page of the website. Type your question. If you would rather speak to a person straight away, write talk to an agent and the conversation is passed to the team.
Write to the contact address of the website you are using: contact@ followed by the domain of that site. Your message reaches the same support team whichever one you use.
To get an answer in one exchange, include your order number if you already bought something, the country concerned, and the level of detail you need.
Contact form
Every website has a contact page with a form. It reaches the same inbox and works well if you are not yet a customer.

+1 646 930 9200. If nobody picks up, leave a message or write to us: we call back.
Response times
We answer within one working day for most requests, and the same day for a file that has not arrived or a download problem. A quote for a custom extraction normally comes back within one working day as well.
Languages
We answer in English and in French, and we handle written requests in German, Spanish, Italian and other languages. Written contact is preferable when the request is technical.
