Licence: what you may do with the data

When you buy a file, you get a licence to use that data commercially, in the countries covered by your purchase.

Included

• Internal use throughout your organisation, with no limit on the number of users
• Integration into your own systems: ERP, CRM, WMS, BI, website, mobile application, internal database. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce and the like are all fine.
• Querying the data from public applications that you or your organisation own or develop
• No volume limit, no per query fee and no expiry: you keep the file
• No attribution requirement: you are not obliged to credit us

Not included without prior agreement

• Reselling or redistributing the raw file, as it stands, to third parties
• Publishing the complete dataset for free download
• Reusing it inside a competing product whose purpose is to sell geographic data

If your project falls into one of these, it is not a refusal: it is a different licence. Contact us and we will quote a redistribution licence.

Several entities in one group

A purchase covers the legal entity named on the invoice. If several subsidiaries need to use the same data, tell us at the time of ordering so the licence and the invoice match your structure.

Personal data

Our files contain geographic reference data: regions, cities, postal codes, street names, house numbers and coordinates. They contain no names, no telephone numbers and no e-mail addresses. See the article about GDPR.
