How and when you receive your files after payment

Delivery is digital and automatic. Nothing is shipped by post and there are no shipping costs.

The two e-mails

1. Confirm to download. This first e-mail asks you to confirm your purchase by clicking a confirmation link.
2. Download your products! This second e-mail carries the secure download link for your files.

Both normally arrive within a few minutes of the payment. Allow up to one hour at busy times.

Once you have the file

• The download link is valid for one month.
• Download the archive and keep a backup copy in a safe place. The file is yours for good, but our link is not permanent.
• If you lose the file, you can ask us to send it again for up to one month after the purchase.

Large files

Country archives for large countries, and every continent or World archive, weigh several gigabytes. Download them on a stable connection and, where possible, with a download manager that can resume.

If nothing arrives

Check your junk or spam folder first: this is by far the most common cause. If it is really not there, see the article about a missing file, or contact us with your order number.
