My download link has expired or my activation code is invalid

The link is valid for one month

The download link sent after a purchase works for one month. After that it stops working and the page no longer serves the file. We recommend downloading the archive immediately and keeping a backup copy.

Within one month of the purchase

Contact us with your order number and we will send a fresh link.

After one month

We can no longer reissue a link for that order, and the data must be purchased again. If your file was lost for a reason that is on our side, tell us: we look at these cases individually.

Your activation code is invalid

The confirmation e-mail carries an activation code. A message such as Your activation code is invalid usually means one of the following.

• The code has already been used. Look for the second e-mail, Download your products!, which contains the actual download link.
• The link was cut in two by your mail client or by a security filter. Copy the whole address into the browser bar rather than clicking it.
• The code belongs to an order more than a month old and has expired.

If none of that applies, send us the code and your order number and we will unlock the download.
